Abstract
La invención se refiere a un péptido que comprende o está constituido por una primera secuencia peptídica de no más de 20 aminoácidos consecutivos definida en una segunda secuencia peptídica codificada por toda o parte de la SEC nº ID 42, y diferente de la SEC Nº ID 1, pudiendo fijarse el citado péptido al menos a una glucoproteína del complejo mayor de histocompatibilidad de clase I (MHC I). La invención se refiere también a todas las secuencias nucleicas codificantes de dicho péptido y al uso de las mismas en un vector, una célula hospedadora y en una composición farmacéutica para diagnóstico, prevención o tratamiento en particular de cánceres gátrico o de colon.The invention relates to a peptide comprising or consisting of a first peptide sequence of no more than 20 consecutive amino acids defined in a second peptide sequence encoded by all or part of SEQ ID No. 42, and different from SEQ ID No. 1 , said peptide can be attached to at least one glycoprotein of the major histocompatibility class I (MHC I) complex. The invention also relates to all the nucleic sequences encoding said peptide and the use thereof in a vector, a host cell and in a pharmaceutical composition for diagnosis, prevention or treatment in particular of gastric or colon cancers.
