Abstract

Máquina de fabricación y de almacenamiento de levadura natural líquida obtenida a partir de materias primas a base de agua y de harina, que comprende una cuba cilíndrica (1) fija en la que son introducidas las materias primas y equipada con un dispositivo agitador que permite la remoción de las materias primas y con un medio (6) de evacuación de la levadura fabricada, comprendiendo el dispositivo agitador un primer órgano agitador rotativo (8) dispuesto asimismo para rascar la pared interna y una parte del fondo de la cuba (1) y un segundo órgano agitador rotativo (17), caracterizada porque el segundo órgano agitador (17) está montado para rotar en la proximidad del fondo de la cuba (1) y gira a una velocidad de rotación superior a la del primer órgano agitador (8) para disminuir el tiempo de fermentación de la levadura.
