Abstract

Aparato para crear vacío en recipientes, tanto flexibles, como bolsas, y rígidos como por ejemplo vasijas o botes para la preservación de productos envasados al vacío, que comprende una placa (11) de base y una cubierta o tapa (12) unidas entre sí, en el que la cubierta (12) puede desplazarse por rotación con respecto a la otra posición abierta levantada inactiva y una posición de funcionamiento bajada cerrada, en la que la placa (11) de base y la cubierta (12) están asociadas para delimitar, en la posición cerrada, una cámara (18) de succión concebida para recibir la embocadura de un recipiente flexible en el que aplicar vacío mediante una bomba de vacío y para ser cerrado de forma estanca por medio de una barra (20) de estanqueidad con la ayuda de unos medios de control mecánicos, neumáticos, eléctricos y electrónicos, en el que la placa (11) de base está conectada a la cubierta o tapa (12) y presenta una porción (111) frontal dispuesta y guiada como un cajón en una parte frontal de la placa de base y provista de al menos un receptáculo (15) para sustancias líquidas para que pueda ser manipulada y lavada por separado respecto de una parte restante de la placa (11) de base, en el que dicho receptáculo (15) está diseñado para coincidir con la cámara (18) de succión, y en el que dicha porción (111) frontal separada está provista de una junta (14) opuesta perfilada para la barra (20) de estanqueidad cuando el aparato está cerrado; estando la barra (20) de estanqueidad sobre dicha cubierta o tapa (12) y encarada hacia dicha placa (11) de base, siendo dicho receptáculo una ranura enteramente rodeada por una junta (16) dispuesta sobre dicha placa (11) de base.Apparatus for creating a vacuum in containers, both flexible, such as bags, and rigid containers, for example, for the preservation of vacuum-packed products, comprising a base plate (11) and a cover or lid (12) joined together , wherein the cover (12) is rotatable relative to the other open raised idle position and a lowered closed operating position, wherein the base plate (11) and cover (12) are associated to delimit , in the closed position, a suction chamber (18) designed to receive the mouth of a flexible container in which to apply a vacuum by means of a vacuum pump and to be closed in a watertight manner by means of a sealing bar (20) with the aid of mechanical, pneumatic, electrical and electronic control means, in which the base plate (11) is connected to the cover or lid (12) and has a front portion (111) arranged and guided as a drawer in a front of the base plate and provided with at least one receptacle (15) for liquid substances so that it can be handled and washed separately from a remaining part of the base plate (11), wherein said receptacle (15) is designed to mate with the suction chamber (18), and wherein said separate front portion (111) is provided with an opposing profiled seal (14) for the sealing bar (20) when the apparatus is closed; the sealing bar (20) being on said cover or lid (12) and facing towards said base plate (11), said receptacle being a groove entirely surrounded by a gasket (16) arranged on said base plate (11).
