Abstract

Composición de bebida instantánea, en particular para la producción de una bebida instantánea preferentemente no cariogénica y/o baja en calorías mediante preparación con un líquido bebible, estando la composición al menos esencialmente libre de sacarosa y encontrándose la composición en forma de un granulado y/ o de un aglomerado, en particular de un granulado, conteniendo la composición (a) como formador de granulado y/o de aglomerado una combinación de isomaltulosa con al menos un sustituto de azúcar y/o con al menos un azúcar distinto de sacarosa en una relación [isomaltulosa : sustituto de azúcar] y/o [isomaltulosa : azúcar distinto de sacarosa] en el intervalo de 10 : 1 a 3 : 1 y en una cantidad del 30 al 96 % en peso, con respecto a la composición, y (b) al menos un formador de aroma y/o de sabor, presentando el granulado y/o aglomerado una distribución del tamaño de partícula discreta, presentando al menos el 90 % de las partículas un tamaño de partícula de 0,1 a 10 mm, presentando la composición, con respecto a la composición, una humedad residual total del 0,3 al 8 % en peso y presentando las partículas del granulado y/o del aglomerado una resistencia a la compresión, calculada como capacidad de carga por peso por partícula, de al menos 0,01 N.
