Abstract

Equipo de osteosíntesis vertebral, que comprende al menos un clip en forma de U (1) que tiene ramas laterales (10) y rama intermedia (11), y que incluye al menos un implante intervertebral (3) diseñado para ser insertado entre las vértebras antes de posicionar el clip (1), caracterizado porque - dichas ramas laterales (10) tienen secciones y anchuras tales que puedan ser insertadas en los cuerpos vertebrales (100) de las dos vértebras a tratar por impactado sobre la rama intermedia (11) del clip (1), de manera que reposen a lo largo de los huesos corticales de dichos cuerpos vertebrales, y dicha rama intermedia (11) es deformable de manera que permita una reducción de la distancia entre dichas ramas laterales (10); la rama intermedia (11), antes de la implantación, tiene una longitud tal que una de las ramas laterales (10) pueda posicionarse ligeramente por encima del hueso cortical que forma la placa de la vértebra subyacente, mientras que la otra rama lateral (10) pueda posicionarse ligeramente por debajo del hueso cortical que forma la placa de la vértebra subyacente, y tiene, después de la deformación, una longitud tal que las dos ramas laterales (10), y en consecuencia las dos vértebras en las que estas ramas laterales (10) son implantadas, pueden ser acercarse más una a otra, dicha rama intermedia (11) teniendo una sección tal que mantiene la posición de las dos vértebras tratadas entre sí de una manera adecuada; - la rama intermedia (11) de cada clip (1) está formada por dos ramas deformables (12) que se extienden una a lo largo de la otra, dobladas a nivel de sus zonas medias.
