Abstract

Procedimiento para curvar un cristal, en el que a. al menos un cristal (1, 2) es insertado en un anillo de precurvado (7a) con un soporte de anillo de curvado desplazable (3), el soporte del anillo de curvado desplazable (3) es llevado a un horno (4) y el cristal (1, 2) es calentado a una temperatura de reblandecimiento y es precurvado del 5 % al 50 % de la curvatura final del borde, b. el cristal (1, 2) es elevado mediante un dispositivo de aspiración (5) y es curvado más de la curvatura obtenida mediante el anillo de precurvado (7a), de modo que durante la curvatura en una superficie de contacto curvada (12) de un contraesqueleto (8) del dispositivo de aspiración (5) existe una distancia mínima (18) de 3 mm a 50 mm entre el cristal (1, 2) y un deflector de aire (11) de una cubierta (9) del dispositivo de aspiración (5) que rodea al contraesqueleto (8), c. el cristal (1, 2) es depositado mediante el dispositivo de aspiración (5) en un anillo de curvado final (7b) sobre el soporte del anillo de curvado desplazable (3) y es curvado a la curvatura final del borde y mediante radiación de calor se realiza un precurvado de la superficie del cristal (1, 2), d. el cristal (1, 2) es elevado mediante un segundo dispositivo de aspiración (15) fuera del anillo de curvado final (7b), prensado y curvado contra un contramolde (16) y el cristal (1, 2) es depositado en el anillo de curvado final (7b), y e. el cristal (1, 2) es enfriado.
