Abstract

Un dispositivo de acoplamiento, con desembrague de seguridad, del tipo de sobrecarga, caracterizado por comprender una caja o cuerpo rotativo, un órgano de arrastre alojado en la caja rotativa, teniendo el órgano de arrastre por lo menos unas partes o zonas dispuestas en una zona exterior circular y presentando el órgano de arrastre por lo menos un cilindro radial en el cual se encuentra un pistón, poseyendo la caja o cuerpo una superficie interna situada a cierta distancia radial del elemento circular exterior del órgano de arrastre, preveyéndose por lo menos un refundido en la superficie externa de la caja o cuerpo y presentando el pistón partes primera y segunda y existiendo medios de resorte que actúan en el órgano de arrastre que apoyan sobre dicha segunda parte del pistón para empujarle hacia el exterior del cuerpo circular externo del órgano de arrastre, estando en contacto la primera parte del pistón con el refundido de la superficie interna de la caja o cuerpo, de forma que el órgano de arrastre y la cja o cuerpo giran conjuntamente en condiciones normales, pero se desacoplan cuando las fuerzas existentes entre el órgano de arrastre y la caja sobrepasan el empuje de los resortes.
