Abstract
Preparación de nuevos hametil derivados de histamina y compuestos relacionados farmacéuticamente útiles. La mayor parte del tejido de los mamíferos contiene histamina, siendo la concentración particularmente elevada en la piel, en la mucos intestinal y en los pulmones. Todo tejido de los mamíferos, que contiene histamina, incluyendo las células blancas de la sangre, aparece siendo capaz de sintetizar la amina de histidina. La principal enzima, comprendida al catalizar en vivo la conversión de histidina en histamina, es de carboxilasa de histidina, que es específica para el sustrato de L-histidina. En muchos tejidos el lugar principal de almacenaje de histamina es la célula de mastelero o en el caso de sangre, el vasófilo, que es la contrapartida circulante de la célula de mastelero de tejido fijo. Las células de mastelero no sólo son la fuente de tejido de histamina, que está presente en cantidades sustanciales en la epidermis humana, en el sistema nervioso central y en la mucosa gastro-intestinal.
