PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PASIVAR CONTAMINANTES METALICOS EN UN CATALIZADOR DE CRAQUEO, QUE CONTIENE AL MENOS UN METAL CONTAMINANTE SELECCIONADO ENTRE NIQUEL, VANADIO, HIERRO, COBALTO Y COBRE, MEDIANTE UN AGENTE PASIVANTE QUE COMPRENDE CANTIDADES EFICACES DE ANTIMONIO Y ESTAÑO. CONSISTE EN PONER EN CONTACTO EL CATALIZADOR, EN UN CIRCUITO DE CRAQUEO-REGENERACION, CON UN GAS REDUCTOR BAJO CONDICIONES SUFICIENTES PARA PROPORCIONAR AL MENOS CIERTA PASIVACION ADICIONAL, Y LUEGO SE PROTEGE DICHO CATALIZADOR DE CUALESQUIERA CONDICIONES QUE PUDIERAN ANULAR DICHA PASIVACION ADICIONAL ANTES DEL EMPLEO DE DICHO CATALIZADOR EN EL CRAQUEO DE UN HIDROCARBURO.
