Abstract
Keksintö käsittää pietsosähköisen oskillaattorin, joka kuuluu pietsosähköisen resonaattorin, vahvistimen ja muuttuvakapasitanssisen elimen sisältävään oskillaattoriluokkaan. Muuttuvakapasitanssinen elin on MOS-tyypin kapasitanssielin, jonka yksi liitin on kiinnitetty jännitteeseen V-voltti ja toiseen liittimeen tuodaan ohjausjännite, joka jää alueelle, jonka väliarvo on jännite V-voltti. Tämän tuloksena saadaan toteutetuksi pietsosähköinen oskillaattori, joka pystyy muuttamaan taajuuttaan laajalla alueella ilman, että käytettäisiin miinusmerkkistä teholähdettä.
