Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif pour le contrôle de l'épaisseur de la paroi d'un tuyau en matériel isolant sortant d'une extrudeuse, avec un corps de mesure conducteur, placé dans un tuyau traversant le dispositif et avec un palpeur, placé à l'extérieur du tuyau à proximité du corps de mesure. Le corps de mesure étant relié d'une façon mobile à un organe ferromagnétique de retenue qui est placé à proximité d'un aimant de retenue et qui détermine la position axiale du corps de mesure. Un palpeur pour déterminer la position du corps de mesure et/ou de l'organe de retenue dans le tuyau est prévu de sorte de sorte que ledit palpeur influence des moyens pour l'enclenchement d'un électroaimant ou pour amener un aimant de retenue permanent en position. Le dispositif présente en outre des moyens pour couper le tuyau et pour introduction du corps de mesure et de l'organe de retenue dans ce dernier.
