Abstract

Procédé de préparation de perfluoro-cétones aliphatiques. On fait réagir un sel d'acide perfluoro-carboxylique de formule R1 -CO2 M dans laquelle M désigne un métal du groupe II formé par Li, Na, Rb, Cs et Ag et R 1 désigne un radical perfluoro-alkyle ayant de 2 à 50 atomes de carbone, radical qui peut de plus contenir un ou plusieurs atomes d'oxygène à liaison du type éther, avec un fluorure d'acide perfluoro-carboxylique de formule R2 -COF dans laquelle R2 désigne un radical perfluoro-alkyle ayant de 1 à 50 atomes de carbone, radical qui peut en outre contenir un ou plusieurs atomes d'oxygène liaison du type éther, dans un solvant polaire aprotique, à une température de 20 à 200 degrés C. Les perfluoro-cétones ainsi préparées résistent très bien aux différents agents chimiques ainsi qu'à la chaleur. Elles peuvent servir, entre autres, de liquides caloporteurs ou de lubrifiants.
