Abstract
Produit magnétique dans lequel il est possible de déplacer à très grande vitesse des bulles magnétiques et qui a la particularité que ce déplacement a lieu sans nécessiter des intensités fortes de champ d'entraînement. Le produit comporte un substrat dont une surface de dépôt est orientée suivant le plan cristallographique {110} et sur lequel a eu lieu la croissance en contrainte de compression, d'une couche en grenat de terre rare et de fer dans lequel des ions de Mn remplacent des ions de fer, de façon que la couche en grenat de terre rare et de fer présente de l'anisotropie orthorhombique. Application aux appareils d'emmagasinage d'information.
