Abstract

Graisse résistant au feu. Cette graisse renferme une huile de base résistant au feu et un agent épaississant constitué par du carbone graphite oléophilique, sensiblement non-hydrophile, présentant une surface d'au moins 170 m**2/g, un rapport << chaleur d'adsorption du n-dotriacontane à partir du n-heptane >> d'au moins 3,5 :1. L'huile de base est constituée par un fluide hydraulique résistant au feu, en particulier un ester ou un amide d'acide phosphorique, notamment des tri(hydrocarbonyl)-phosphates. L'agent épaississant représente de 1 à 20 % de préférence de 2 à 10 %, en poids de la graisse qui peut en outre renfermer des additifs courants. Application à la lubrification de paliers et autres surfaces mobiles, notamment dans des espaces fermés (mines, etc.) où il existe un risque d'incendie.
