Abstract

Chariot à coke à tambour cylindrique, destiné à recevoir et à transporter le coke incandescent défourné d'une chambre de cokéfaction d'une batterie de fours à coke. Le tambour 21 porte un chemisage espacé de sa paroi et tourillonne sur un châssis pouvant se déplacer sur des rails le long de la façade d'une batterie de fours à coke. Un pare-fumée fixé au châssis recouvre des ouvertures ménagées dans le tambour pour recevoir le coke défourné d'une chambre de cokéfaction. Une hotte 131, fixée à la charpente 129 du guidecoke, comporte un tronçon mobile 131 qui porte contre le tambour pendant le déversement du coke dans ce dernier. Le tambour peut prendre diverses positions angulaires autour de son axe. Transport et extinction du coke à la sortie d'une chambre de cokéfaction.
