Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'exploration sismique. Il consiste à appliquer à la surface du sol deux impacts verticaux, en deux points séparés par une tranchée verticale creusée dans le sol, et à enregistrer les vibrations propagées dans le sol à la suite de ces impacts. Ceci permet de produire des ébranlements présentant une forte composante d'onde transverse. Aplication à la prospection géophysique.
