Abstract
Ce circuit oscillant comporte un élément actif diode IMPATT, GUNN placé à l'extrémité d'une ligne de transmission coaxiale terminée par son impédance caractéristique Z0 , une cavité résonnante de transmission à facteur de qualité Q élevé disposée à une distance adéquate de la diode et couplée à la ligne de transmission par l'intermédiaire d'un premier trou de couplage. Selon l'invention on couple la cavité résonnante de transmission par l'intermédiaire d'un second trou de couplage à la ligne de transmission. La distance entre le premier et le second trou de couplage est de 1/4 lambda . Appication : oscillateur local dans l'émetteur à faisceau hertzien des radars et des récepteurs de télévision par satellite.
