Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit de sécurité, notamment des températures maximales respectives de récipients de cuisson et des éléments semi-conducteurs de commutation d'un onduleur alimentant le ou les inducteurs de chauffage de ces récipients, dans une plaque de cuisson par induction. Il comprend : un triac 60 inséré dans l'une des liaisons réunissant le pont redresseur 1 d'alimentation continue de l'onduleur au réseau alternatif ; un circuit d'amorçage 64 du triac de manière synchrone avec les passages par zéro de la tension du réseau, alimenté en continu par une basse tension stabilisée ; et des interrupteurs sensibles à la température genre bilame 67, 68 fixés respectivement au contact avec la plaque de support isolante 80 du récipeint 18 et avec le radiateur de support du ou des thyristors 5, 6 et diodes 7, 8, insérés en série dans le circuit d'alimentation continue du circuit d'amorçage 64. Application notamment aux plaques de cuisson par induc tion.
