Claims (7)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé de fabrication d'un noyau pour le moulage d'une aube d'une 5 turbomachine, comprenant des étapes consistant à : - découper au moins un motif d'évidement (41, 42, 43) dans une feuille de céramique(1) souple ; - disposer la feuille de céramique (1) découpée dans un moule (2) de manière à mettre en forme la feuille de céramique (1) ; - chauffer le moule (2) ; - compresser la feuille de céramique (1) à l'intérieur du moule (2) ; - fritter la feuille de céramique (1) de manière à rigidifier la feuille de céramique (1).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la feuille de céramique (1) présente un module d'Young inférieur à 5 GigaPascals.
- 3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel la feuille de céramique (1) a une épaisseur comprise entre 0,04 millimètres et 0,5 20 millimètres.
- 4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel les motifs d'évidements (41, 42, 43) ont une forme rectangulaire, triangulaire et/ou sinusoïdale.
- 5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel l'espace entre les motifs d'évidements (41, 42, 43) est inférieur à 5 millimètres.
- 6. Procédé de fabrication d'une aube de turbomachine comprenant au moins étapes consistant à : - mouler l'aube dans un moule contenant un noyau obtenu par un procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5.
- 7. Turbomachine comprenant une aube fabriquée selon un procédé de 5 fabrication conforme à la revendication 6.
