Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de protection (1) pour un viseur orientable en site. Ce dispositif comprend un capotage (2) entourant le viseur et comportant une fenêtre (3) autorisant le débattement en site (S) d'une ligne de visée (4) du viseur. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce que le capotage (2) est sphérique et en ce qu'il comporte un volet (8) à profil sphérique, complémentaire de celui du capotage, et portant une ouverture (9) permettant le passage de la ligne de visée (4), le volet obturant la fenêtre (3) et pouvant pivoter autour de la ligne de visée (4), le volet étant déplacé en site par des moyens de pointage de telle façon que l'ouverture (9) suive le positionnement en site de la ligne de visée (4), le dispositif comportant par ailleurs des moyens assurant l'entraînement en rotation du volet (8) lors du pointage en site, assurant ainsi l'obturation de la fenêtre (3) par le volet pour toutes les positions de pointage en site.
