Abstract

Titre : Procédé et appareil de liquéfaction d’un gaz riche en dioxyde de carbone Dans un procédé de liquéfaction d'un flux gazeux riche en CO2 contenant au moins 90% mol de CO2 ont lieu les étapes suivantes : compression (C2, C3) du flux gazeux riche en CO2. liquéfaction (L) et séparation afin de produire un premier flux liquide à une première pression MP et une première température T1. extraction d’une partie du premier flux liquide à la première pression et la première température comme premier produit., sous-refroidissement d' une partie du premier flux liquide jusqu’à une température inférieure à la première température par échange de chaleur indirect dans un échangeur de chaleur, détente du liquide sous refroidi jusqu’à la deuxième température T2 jusqu’à une deuxième pression inférieure à la première pression, la deuxième pression étant égale ou supérieure à la pression d’équilibre du liquide détendu et extraction d’une partie du liquide détendu comme deuxième produit et vaporisation d'une autre partie du liquide dans l’échangeur de chaleur par échange de chaleur avec la partie du premier flux pour produire un liquide vaporisé.
