Abstract

Procédé de refusion de scrap revêtu en alliage d’aluminium dans un four à induction à creuset cylindrique comprenant des étapes d’ approvisionnement en scrap revêtu broyé, de délaquage, de chargement, de refusion et de maintien revêtu broyé à base d’alliages d’aluminium, tel que au moins 50% des entités individuelles du scrap revêtu broyé présente une granulométrie comprise entre 5 et 25 mm, et une planéité inférieure ou égale à 10 mm, et où pendant la phase de chargement, le four à induction est inerté et où la sortie de gaz inerte est localisée dans le quart de section circulaire du four contenant la zone délimitée où chute le scrap.
