Abstract

Système de mesure d’épaisseur d’une première couche en surface d’une structure multi-couches et sa méthode de mesure non destructifs Un aspect de l’invention concerne un système de mesure d’épaisseur d’une première couche (10) comprenant un radar à inversion spectrale et une sonde capacitive (C2), une unité d'acquisition et de contrôle (UAC) pour déterminer des signaux, une unité de traitement inverse (UTI) pour évaluer une permittivité diélectrique réelle ε'rhf et imaginaire ε''rhf du milieu, et une unité de calcul configurée pour calculer une permittivité diélectrique réelle ε’rbf, déterminer si le milieu est dispersif ou non dispersif et calculer la valeur de la permittivité diélectrique réelle ε’’rhf évaluée par l’unité de traitement inverse si non dispersif, puis calculer un temps de propagation et une vitesse de propagation d’ondes électromagnétiques dans la première couche à partir de la valeur de la permittivité diélectrique réelle ε’rbf ou ε'rhf et une épaisseur à partir du temps de propagation et de la vitesse de propagation calculée.
