Claims (13)

  1. Emballage en carton (11) ayant un panneau inférieur (12), deux panneaux latéraux (13,14) reliés de manière articulée aux bords latéraux opposés respectifs (15, 16) du panneau inférieur (12) et des panneaux supérieurs intérieur et extérieur (26,28) reliés de manière articulée aux bords supérieurs (27,29) des panneaux latéraux respectifs (15,16), le panneau supérieur extérieur (26) recouvrant au moins une partie du panneau supérieur intérieur (28) et y étant fixé, une découpe (30) étant formée dans le panneau supérieur extérieur à un emplacement essentiellement central entre ses bords d'extrémités de manière à constituer un moyen de poignée et étant sous la forme d'une fente destinée à recevoir les doigts d'un utilisateur, de manière à soutenir par dessous les parties recouvertes du panneau supérieur, la partie recouverte à double épaisseur du panneau supérieur étant dans une position générale centrale entre les bords supérieurs des panneaux latéraux et le bord de la découpe (30) le plus proche du panneau supérieur intérieur étant adjacent au bord du panneau supérieur intérieur, caractérisé en ce que des découpes (60,61) s'étendent légèrement vers le bord libre (67) du panneau supérieur extérieur (26) à partir des deux extrémités de la fente (30).
  2. Carton selon la revendication 1 dans lequel le bord (64) de la fente (30) la plus proche du bord libre (67) du panneau supérieur extérieur (26) est courbe et les découpes (60,61) s'étendent en ligne droite à partir des extrémités dudit bord courbe (64).
  3. Carton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2 dans lequel sont prévus des panneaux d'extrémités (17,18).
  4. Carton selon la revendication 3 dans lequel lesdits panneaux d'extrémités (17,18) sont partiels et sont reliés de manière articulée aux extrémités opposées respectives du panneau inférieur (12).
  5. Carton selon la revendication 4 dans lequel des rabats (21,22) sont prévus pour maintenir les panneaux d'extrémités (17,18) en position, chaque rabat étant relié de manière articulée au panneau d'extrémité et à la paroi latérale correspondants par une rainure (25) entre les parois latérale et d'extrémité.
  6. Carton selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 dans lequel les panneaux supérieurs extérieur et intérieur (26,28) sont fixés l'un à l'autre par un adhésif.
  7. Carton selon la revendication 6 dans lequel deux lignes (65,66) d'adhésif sont utilisées entre les deux panneaux supérieurs, une ligne (65) située à proximité du bord libre du panneau supérieur extérieur et l'autre ligne (66) située à proximité du bord (35) du panneau supérieur intérieur (28).

Ebauche selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle les panneaux d'extrémités (17,18) sont reliés de manière articulée aux bords d'extrémités opposés du panneau inférieur (12) et chaque panneau d'extrémité est relié de manière articulée au niveau de ses bords latéraux à une paire de rabats (21,22) qui sont eux-mêmes reliés de manière articulée aux panneaux latéraux respectifs (13,14), une rainure (25) étant formée dans chaque rabat entre le panneau latéral et le panneau d'extrémité.
  12. Ebauche selon la revendication 11 dans laquelle chaque rainure (25) fait un angle de 47° avec le panneau latéral adjacent.
  13. Ebauche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12 dans laquelle les liaisons articulées sont formées par des lignes de pliure et/ou des rainures et/ou un mélange des deux.
