Claims (10)

  1. Dispositif de sélection de conducteur pour interdire de conduire un véhicule, incluant un moyen de mémorisation (24) pour mémoriser une information d'identification, un premier moyen d'entrée (23) pour entrer une information d'identification, un moyen d'autorisation (21) pour autoriser l'utilisation d'un véhicule lorsque l'information d'identification entrée par le premier moyen d'entrée (23) coïncide avec l'information d'identification mémorisée dans le moyen de mémorisation, un moyen (21) pour identifier le propriétaire du véhicule, ledit dispositif de sélection de conducteur étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend :    un moyen (23), prévu sur le véhicule, pour déterminer le prêt du véhicule à une personne en fonction d'une instruction provenant du propriétaire identifié ;    un second moyen d'entrée (23), prévu sur le véhicule, pour entrer une information d'identification d'emprunteur et pour faire en sorte que l'information d'identification d'emprunteur entrée soit mémorisée dans le moyen de mémorisation lorsque le prêt du véhicule est déterminé par le moyen de détermination (23) ; dans lequel :    ledit moyen d'autorisation (21), prévu sur le véhicule, autorise l'utilisation du véhicule lorsque l'information d'emprunteur entrée par le second moyen d'entrée coïncide avec l'information d'identification d'emprunteur mémorisée dans ledit moyen de mémorisation (24).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'identification (21) comprend :    un moyen (24) pour mémoriser l'information de permis de conduire du propriétaire ;    un moyen pour lire l'information mémorisée dans un permis de conduire électronique (10) qui contient l'information du permis de conduire ; et,    un moyen (21) pour comparer l'information lue par le moyen de lecture (22) avec l'information mémorisée dans le moyen de mémorisation (24).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :    le moyen de détermination (23) comprend en outre un moyen de désignation de mode pour désigner un premier mode pour autoriser l'utilisation d'un véhicule par ledit permis de conduire électronique (10) et un second mode pour autoriser l'utilisation d'un véhicule sans utilisation dudit permis de conduire électronique.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit second moyen d'entrée (23) possède un moyen pour entrer l'information de permis de conduire électronique d'une personne lorsque ledit premier mode est établi par ledit moyen de désignation de mode.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit second moyen d'entrée (23) possède un moyen pour entrer l'information caractéristique d'une personne lorsque ledit second mode est établi par ledit moyen de désignation de mode.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier moyen d'entrée (23) possède un moyen pour entrer l'information d'une personne par ladite personne lorsque lesdits premier et second modes sont établis par ledit moyen de désignation de mode.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen d'autorisation (21) comprend :    un moyen (21) pour comparer l'information entrée par le premier moyen d'entrée (23) avec l'information mémorisée dans ledit moyen de mémorisation (23).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :    un moyen (25) pour déverrouiller un volant de direction (29) en fonction d'une sortie de coïncidence du moyen de comparaison.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre :    un moyen pour démarrer un moteur en fonction de ladite sortie de coïncidence délivrée par ledit moyen de comparaison (21).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit permis de conduire électronique (10) comprend :    un moyen (13) pour se connecter de manière électrique audit moyen de lecture (22) ;    un moyen, relié audit moyen de connexion (13), pour traiter l'information entrée par l'intermédiaire du moyen de connexion et pour sortir l'information vers le moyen de lecture (22) par l'intermédiaire du moyen de connexion ; et,    un moyen, connecté au moyen de traitement (14), pour mémoriser la sortie d'information issue du moyen de traitement.
