Claims (7)

1. Methode zur Bestimmung der Anwesenheit eines Oberflächenantigens von roten Blutzellen, das an diese Zellen gebunden ist, oder der Anwesenheit von Antikörpern für dieses Oberflächenantigen in einer Probe, welches umfaßt:
Kombinieren der Probe mit fluoreszierenden Perlen oder Mikrokügelchen, die mit einem zu dem Oberflächenantigen homologen Rezeptor konjugiert sind oder mit Oberflächenantigen für die Antikörper konjugiert sind;
wobei für die Bestimmung des an die roten Blutzellen gebundenen Oberflächenantigens nur Rezeptor-Konjugat verwendet wird und für die Bestimmung der Antikörper:
(a) Antigen-Konjugat in Kombination mit roten Blutzellen, die dasselbe Antigen haben, oder
(b) Rezeptor-Konjugat in Kombination mit roten Blutzellen, die ein zu dem Antikörper homologes Antigen haben, verwendet wird; und
Bestimmen der Fluoreszenzänderung im Vergleich zu einer Probe, die ein bekanntes Antigen von roten Blutzellen oder einen Antikörper dafür enthält.
2. Methode nach Anspruch 1, worin das Oberflächenantigen ausgewählt ist aus der aus A und B bestehenden Gruppe.
3. Methode nach Anspruch 1, worin das Oberflächenantigen Rh-Faktor ist.
4. Methode nach Anspruch 1, worin der Rezeptor ein Antikörper für ein Oberflächenantigen von roten Blutzellen ist.
5. Methode nach Anspruch 4, worin der Antikörper ein monoklonaler Antikörper ist.
6. Methode nach Anspruch 1, worin der Rezeptor ein Lectin ist.
7. Methode nach Anspruch 1, worin die fluoreszierende Perle oder das Mikrokügelchen ein Latexteilchen ist.
