Abstract

Zum Zerkleinern von Gestein od. dgl., wird eine Prall­mühle verwendet, die in einem etwa ringförmigen Gehäuse, einen Rotor (2) mit einer axialen Eintrittsöffnung, ent­hält. Der Rotor (2) weist eine Bodenplatte mit zentri­schem Prallteller (7), eine Deckplatte mit zentrischer Ausnehmung und zwischen Boden- und Deckplatte Auswurföff­nungen (16) bildende Flügel (11) auf, die jeweils mit einer Tasche (17) zur Aufnahme zerkleinerten Materials versehen sind. Die Auswurfseite jeder Tasche (17) ist mit einem am Flügel (11) auswechselbaren befestigten Ver­schleißteil versehen, der sich aus einem Trägerkörper (12) und einer Hartmetalleiste (13) zusammensetzt. Die aus­wurfseitige Innenfläche der Tasche (17) wurd durch eine Fläche (20) der Hartmetalleiste (13) gebildet und er­streckt sich etwa senkrecht zu einer Berührungsebene (B) der Randkanten der Tasche (17). Die Hartmetalleiste (13) weiste eine kreisbogenförmige Verschleißfläche (21) auf und überragt mit der Außenkante den Rotorumfang. Die Innenfläche des Trägerkörpers (12) und die innenseitige Fläche (20) der Hartmetalleiste (13) schließen einen Winkel von 95° bis 110° ein und erstrecken sich symmetrisch zu einem Radius des Rotors (2).
