Elastic, easily removable face packs are made from compsns. contg. 5-30 wt.% poly-vinyl-alcohol or a mixt. of poly-vinyl-alcohols, 20-80 wt.% based on the poly-vinyl-alcohol non-ionic surfactants, pref. one or more alkylene-oxide derivs. with 2-5 carbons, pref. ethylene-oxide or propylene-oxide derivs., 10-70 wt.% plasticizer, pref. one or more poly-alcohols, and one or more active agents and additives used in the cosmetics industry.
