Abstract

The invention concerns an improvement of the operation of depositing an extruded product in linear development carried out continuously at controlled speed. To be able to guarantee the shape and desired dimensions of the extruded product along its development, pre-established morphological characteristics of the nozzle and fluid supply lines are acted on; the shape of the trajectory of deposition, the velocity of travel, the physical characteristics of the material being extruded are therefore parameters strictly related and specialized for a single design shape of the lines and extrusion nozzle. With this invention variable control is defined in real or programmable time of the outflow characteristics of the extruded fluid, at the level of the terminal lines and nozzle, making the fluid dynamic characteristics of the extrusion nozzle variable and controllable.
