Vengono descritti il processo di preparazione e composizioni farmaceutiche di derivati dell'eserolina ad attività anticolinesterasica di formula generale (I): (FORMULA I) dove HY è un acido organico o inorganico farmaceuticamente accettabile;R è scelto tra: R'OM, R'-O-A, R'-O-B.R' è H, oppure CH3-(L)m -CO- dove L è un radicale alchilico bivalente C1-C20 lineare o ramificato, eventualmente contenente una o più insaturazioni etileniche, M è un radicale alchilico bivalente da 1 a 20 atomi di carbonio lineare o ramificate eventualmente sostituito con gruppi arilici. A è un radicale bivalente aliciclico C3-C7, B è un radicale arilico bivalente, n è un numero intero da 1 a 20 ed m è 0 o 1, ed x è 0, 1 o 2.
