Abstract

Procedimento per la produzione per stampaggio di componenti esterni della carrozzeria di veicoli, specie per piccole-medie serie, in cui un rotolo di lamiera metallica pre-verniciata "di fondo" viene trattato in serie lungo un'unica linea di lavorazione troncando il rotolo in spezzoni, stampando ciascun spezzone nel componente desiderato e verniciando lo spezzone "finito", immediatamente prima o dopo l'operazione di stampaggio e previo lavaggio ed essiccatura, utilizzando un metodo di verniciatura elettrostatico a polveri ed eseguendo la verniciatura all'interno di un forno tipo "pater noster".
