Abstract
يتعلق الكشف الحالي بنظائر ببتيد-1 جديدة شبيهة بالجلوكاجون (GLP-1) (7-37) لها متوالية حمض أميني حيث يكون Leu أو Ile عند الطرف C-. تكون النظائر الجديدة عبارةً عن مساعدات GLP-1 قوية لها تأثيرات عكسية منخفضة وفترة تأثير طويلة. كما يتعلق الكشف الحالي بمشتقات معالجة بأسيل من النظائر الجديدة ولها فاعلية وفترة تأثير محسنة ومناسبة لإعطائها عبر الفم. قد تكون نظائر الكشف الحالي مفيدةً في علاج مرض السكر والسِّمنة.
