Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 特に自動車の液圧式ブレーキ装置のための電磁操作される弁であって、 −圧力媒体入口(24)と圧力媒体出口(33)との間に座弁(41)が設け られており、 −この座弁(41)が中空円錐形の弁座(28)と、球セグメントの形状の閉 鎖部材(37)とを備えており、 −弁座(28)には中央に、圧力媒体入口(24)に連通した流入孔(29) が開口しており、 −閉鎖部材(37)が、タペット(20)の円筒形部分(38)の端面へのシ ャープな縁状の移行部分を備えており、 −タペット(20)には、閉鎖方向で座弁(41)に作用するマグネット可動 子(19)と、開放方向で作用する戻しばね(22)とが係合している形式のも のにおいて、 −弁座(28)のシール直径(D2)が流入孔(29)の直径(D1)の少なく とも1.3倍の大きさを有しており、 −弁座(28)の円錐角(α)が最高で110゜であり、 −マグネット可動子(19)に作用して閉鎖部材(37)へ伝達される磁力( FM)が無段に可変であり、その場合、その特性曲線が弁開放行程(H)の増大 につれて単調に低下しており、 −圧力媒体と戻しばねとにより由来して閉鎖部材に作用する力(FP+FF)が、 弁開放行程(H)の増大につれて単調に低下する特性曲線を有しており、その傾 きが数量的に磁力特性曲線の傾きに比して大きいことを特徴とする特に自動車の 液圧式ブレーキ装置のための電磁操作される弁。 2. 弁座(28)がタペット部分(38)の直径(D3)の領域内でシャー プな縁状で終わっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弁。 3. タペット部分(38)の直径(D3)が少なくとも近似的に弁座(28 )のシール直径(D2)に相応していることを特徴とする請求項2記載の弁。
