Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 血液または他の体液の少なくとも一つの成分; 少なくとも一つの成分の変化; 少なくとも一つの成分の機能状態;もしくは 少なくとも一つの機能的成分の機能状態の変化 の調査方法であって、 少なくとも一つの成分を含有するサンプルを通過するように赤外光を向け、前 記サンプルの赤外線スペクトル特性を分析することを含む方法。 2. 細胞機能または細胞機能における変化を決定する方法であって、 細胞または細胞の成分のサンプルを活性化剤と接触させること; 細胞または細胞の成分のサンプルに赤外光のビームを向けること; 少なくとも一つの範囲の周波数でサンプルの赤外線スペクトルを分析すること; および 活性化剤による細胞機能または細胞機能における変化に関連しうる細胞の活性化 または細胞成分の変化よってスペクトル特性に少なくとも一つの変化が引き起こ されたかどうかを調べ、かつその変化から細胞機能を決定することを含む方法。 3. スペクトル特性の分析が、赤外線スペクトル特性における少なくとも一つ の変化が、サンプル中の分子の少なくとも一つの官能基の振動および/またはそ の立体構造の変化によって起こったかどうかを評価するための、少なくとも一つ の範囲の振動数のスペクトル特性の分析を含む、請求項1または2記載の方法。 4. 少なくとも一つの赤外線スペクトル特性の変化が、特定の周波数における 吸収強度における変化または特定の吸収が起こる周波数の変化である、請求項1 ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 5. 少なくとも一つの官能基が、炭水化物、核酸、脂質分子、タンパク質、糖 タンパク質、グリコーゲンまたは他のあらゆる分子成分からなる群から選択され た少なくとも一つの分子中のものである、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記 載の方法。 6. 少なくとも一つの分子の官能基が、ホスホジエステル基、C-OH基、C H基およびCH3からなる群から選択された、請求項5記載の方法。 7. サンプルのスペクトル特性の測定が2回以上行われる、請求項3ないし6 のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 8. サンプルが体液である、請求項1ないし7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 9. サンプルが血液またはその成分である、請求項1ないし8のいずれか一項 に記載の方法。 10. 前記成分がリンパ球または他の免疫担当細胞である、請求項9記載の方 法。 11. 赤外光がフーリエ変換赤外線分光計によって得られた、請求項1ないし 10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 12. 赤外光がラマン共焦分光計によって得られた、請求項1ないし11のい ずれか一項に記載の方法。
