Abstract
【解決手段】アクチュエータユニットに対して共軸に配置されており、かつ流入接続ポート18と消費器接続ポート16との間の流体流を制御するために使用される、プラスチックから射出成形された弁ユニット10を備え、該弁ユニット内に複数の流体通路24,26並びに1つの弁室28を形成しており、該弁室内に弁閉鎖部材30を配置した形式の、特に自動車の自動変速装置用の調圧弁において、前記の流体通路24,26及び弁室28が、フランジ12内に射出成形されているプレ射出成形体22に形成されている。

Claims (8)
- アクチュエータユニットに対して共軸に配置されており、かつ流入接続ポート(18)と消費器接続ポート(16)との間の流体流を制御するために使用される、プラスチックから射出成形された弁ユニット(10)を備え、該弁ユニット内に複数の流体通路(24,26)並びに1つの弁室(28)を形成しており、該弁室内に弁閉鎖部材(30)を配置した形式の、特に自動車の自動変速装置用の調圧弁において、
前記の流体通路(24,26)及び弁室(28)が、フランジ(12)内に射出成形されているプレ射出成形体(22)に形成されていることを特徴とする、調圧弁。 - プレ射出成形体(22)が、弁ユニット(10)の縦軸線(32)に対して直角に方位づけられた座止プレート(34)を有している、請求項1記載の調圧弁。
- プレ射出成形体(22)が少なくとも1つの対称平面を有している、請求項1又は2記載の調圧弁。
- 弁閉鎖部材(30)が球である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の調圧弁。
- 弁閉鎖部材(30)が、プレ射出成形体(22)に少なくとも部分的に軸方向で係合するシフタによって作動可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の調圧弁。
- 流入接続ポート(18)と消費器接続ポート(16)との間の流体流を制御するためにプラスチックから射出成形された弁ユニット(10)を備え、該弁ユニット内に複数の流体通路(24,26)並びに1つの弁室(28)を形成した形式の調圧弁を製造する方法において、
前記の流体通路(24,26)並びに弁室(28)を形成したプレ射出成形体(22)を製造し、次いで、消費器接続ポート(16)と流入接続ポート(18)とを形成したフランジ(12)を、前記プレ射出成形体(22)の外周に射出成形することを特徴とする、調圧弁を製造する方法。 - プレ射出成形体(22)の外周にフランジ(12)を射出成形する前に、前記プレ射出成形体(22)の弁室(28)内に、弁閉鎖部材(30)を挿入する、請求項6記載の方法。
- フランジ(12)をプレ射出成形体(22)の外周に射出成形する前に、該プレ射出成形体(22)の流体通路(24)のポートもしくは開口及び弁室(28)を封止する、請求項6又は7記載の方法。
