Abstract
【解決手段】混合物を、まず最初にTBA含有フローの添加により、TBA/水とSBA/水との2つの共沸物を結ぶ蒸留限界線の限界濃度よりも低い水濃度にし、引き続き蒸留により処理する。

Description
領域A−B−C−Aで示される蒸留フィールド1及び領域B−E−D−C−Bで示される蒸留フィールド2。蒸留フィールド1中には高沸点物として水があり、低沸点物はこの領域内でTBA/水−共沸物であり、中沸点物はSBA/水−共沸物であり、これは純粋な形態で分離できない。
Claims (10)
- 2−ブタノール(SBA)、tert−ブタノール(TBA)及び水を有し、混合物中の水の質量割合がTBA/水とSBA/水との2つの共沸物を結ぶ蒸留限界線の限界濃度よりも高い工業的混合物から2−ブタノールを分離する方法において、混合物の水の濃度をTBA含有フローの添加によって低下させて、得られた混合物がそのSBA/TBA/水−組成に関して、TBA/水とSBA/水との2つの共沸物を結ぶ蒸留限界線の限界濃度よりも低い水の質量割合を有するようにし、この混合物を蒸留によりSBAを有するフローと、TBA及び水を有するフローとに分離することを特徴とする、工業的混合物から2−ブタノールを分離する方法。
- 12質量%より低い含水量を有するTBA含有フローを混合することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 5質量%より低い含水量を有するTBA含有フローを混合することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の方法。
- 工業的混合物にTBA含有フローを添加する前に塔中で水を除去することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- TBA含有フローを添加する工業的混合物に、更に、この混合物の蒸留による分離の際に留出物として生じる水とTBAとを有するフローの一部を混合することを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 蒸留により処理される、TBA含有フローを添加した混合物が、三成分系のSBA/TBA/水に対して10質量%より低い含水量を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- TBA含有フローを添加した混合物を2−ブタノールを有するフラクションに分離し、このフラクションはtert−ブタノールを1質量%より少なく有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 蒸留による処理の際に分離された2−ブタノールを、塔の蒸留装置の蒸気相から取り出すか又はこの塔の回収部中でサイドフローとして蒸気状又は液状で取り出すことを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- TBA含有フローの添加の前に工業的混合物から水を分離するための塔と、TBA含有フローの添加後に得られた混合物を蒸留により分離するための塔を異なる圧力で運転することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造された、2−ブタノール。
