Abstract
【解決手段】 投入口3に投入された廃プラスチックRoを溶解して押出す加熱シリンダ4及び押出スクリュ5を有する押出機2と、コイル7の内側に配することにより押出機2から押出された溶解プラスチックRdを収容する槽本体8を有し、コイル7に高周波電流を流すことにより槽本体8を誘導加熱し、溶解プラスチックRdを熱分解して分解ガスGrを発生させる熱分解槽6と、この熱分解槽6により発生した分解ガスGrを冷却して油化する油化処理部9を備える。

Claims (5)
- 廃プラスチックを加熱して熱分解し、発生した分解ガスを冷却して油化する廃プラスチックの油化還元装置において、投入口に投入された廃プラスチックを溶解して押出す加熱シリンダ及び押出スクリュを有する押出機と、コイルの内側に配することにより前記押出機から押出された溶解プラスチックを収容する槽本体を有し、前記コイルに高周波電流を流すことにより前記槽本体を誘導加熱し、前記溶解プラスチックを熱分解して分解ガスを発生させる熱分解槽と、この熱分解槽により発生した分解ガスを冷却して油化する油化処理部を備えることを特徴とする廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
- 前記熱分解槽には、前記槽本体に収容した溶解プラスチックを撹拌し、かつ前記槽本体の内壁面に付着した溶解プラスチックを掻取る撹拌掻取部を有する撹拌機構部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
- 前記撹拌機構部には、前記撹拌掻取部に付設することにより前記槽本体に収容した溶解プラスチックの上面を加熱するヒータを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
- 前記槽本体の内部で発生する残渣プラスチックを回収し、加熱することより発生する分解ガスを前記油化処理部に供給する残渣処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
- 前記廃プラスチックを順次処理する各過程で発生するオフガスを所定温度以上の高温下で燃焼処理する燃焼処理部を有するオフガス処理部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は4記載の廃プラスチックの油化還元装置。
