Abstract

Claims (10)
- 第1のブレード側壁(70)及びブレード第2の側壁(72)により定められる輪郭を有するガスタービンエンジンロータブレード(50)の一部分(90)を交換する方法であって、
前記第1の側壁と前記第2の側壁との間で前記ブレードの前縁(74)から前記ブレードの後縁(76)まで切れ目(110)が延びるように前記ロータブレードを切断する段階と、
前記切れ目の半径方向外側にある前記ロータブレードの一部分を除去する段階と、
新たに形成されるロータブレード(150)が所定の空気力学的輪郭を備えて形成されるように交換ブレード部分(120)を残りのブレード部分(98)に結合する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 交換ブレード部分(120)を結合する段階が、前記交換ブレード部分を前記残りのブレード(98)に溶接する段階を更に含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 新たに形成されるロータブレード(150)が、前記元のブレード外形の輪郭を実質的に反映する輪郭を有するように前記溶接部を機械加工する段階を更に含む請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記交換ブレード部分(120)を前記残りのブレード部分(98)に自動的に溶接する段階を更に含む請求項2記載の方法。
- 交換ブレード部分(120)を結合する段階が、前記元のロータブレード(50)を作るのに用いられた同じ材料から作られている前記残りのブレード部分(98)に結合する段階を更に含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ロータブレード(50)を切断する段階が、圧縮機ロータブレード及びタービンロータブレードのうちの少なくとも1つを切断する段階を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 交換ブレード部分(120)を残りのブレード部分(98)に結合する段階が更に、前記切れ目(110)に沿って延びる単一の溶接接合部(152)を用いて前記交換ブレード部分を前記残りのブレード部分に結合する段階を含む請求項1記載の方法。
- 前縁(74)、後縁(76)、第1の側壁(70)、及び第2の側壁(72)を含み且つ前記第1の側壁及び第2の側壁により定められる輪郭を有するガスタービンエンジンロータブレード(50)の一部分を交換する方法であって、
前記ガスタービンエンジン(10)から前記ロータブレードを切り離す段階と、
前記第1の側壁と前記第2の側壁との間で前記前縁から前記後縁に切れ目(110)が延びるように前記ロータブレードを切断する段階と、
前記切れ目の半径方向外側の前記ロータブレード(90)の一部分を除去する段階と、
交換ブレード部分(120)を前記残りのブレード部分に結合する段階と、
新たに形成されるロータブレード(150)が所定の空気力学的輪郭を備えて形成されるように前記交換ブレード部分を輪郭形成する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 交換ブレード部分(120)を結合する段階が更に、前記交換ブレード部分を前記残りのブレード部分(98)に溶接する段階を含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 交換ブレード部分(120)を結合する段階が更に、前記交換ブレード部分を前記残りのブレード部分(98)に自動的に溶接する段階を含む請求項9記載の方法。
