Abstract
Description
本発明においては、
1.チタンイオンまたはチタン酸塩イオンの供給源;
2.過酸化水素、水溶液中で解離してO2−を生成する過酸化水素以外の化合物、硝酸塩およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる酸化剤:および
3.フッ化物、錯化したフッ化物、有機酸およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる錯化剤
を含んで成る酸性水溶液から良好な塩噴霧抵抗性をもった魅力的な化成被覆を得ることができることが見出だされた。
本発明においては、亜鉛及び/または亜鉛合金の表面を
(a)チタンを含むイオンの供給源;
(b)酸化剤、好ましくは過酸化水素、過硫酸ナトリウム、過硫酸アンモニウム、硝酸塩およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる酸化剤;および
(c)チタンを含むイオンに対する錯化剤、好ましくはフッ化物、錯化したフッ化物、有機酸およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる錯化剤
を含んで成る組成物と接触させることを特徴とする亜鉛及び/または亜鉛合金表面上に化成被覆をつくる方法が提供される。

脱イオン水 加えて1Lになるまで
から成る溶液を一緒に撹拌し、10%水酸化ナトリウムを用いてpHを2.0に補正した。

脱イオン水 加えて1Lになるまで
から成る溶液を一緒に撹拌し、10%水酸化ナトリウムを用いてpHを2.0に補正した。

脱イオン水 加えて1Lになるまで
から成る溶液を一緒に撹拌し、10%水酸化ナトリウムを用いてpHを2.0に補正した。

脱イオン水 加えて1Lになるまで
から成る溶液を一緒に撹拌し、10%水酸化ナトリウムを用いてpHを2.0に補正した。

NaBF4 2.5g/L
脱イオン水 加えて1Lになるまで
から成る溶液を一緒に撹拌し、無色の溶液を得た.10%の硝酸を用いてpHを1.8に補正した。

脱イオン水 加えて1Lになるまで
から成る溶液の中に、8μの亜鉛を被覆した鋼のパネルを1分間25℃において浸漬した。上記溶液のpHは10%硝酸を用いて1.6に調整した。得られたパネルは魅力的な光彩をもつ均一なピンク/黄色の仕上げをもっていた。腐蝕試験の条件下でこのパネルは最初の白色の腐蝕の兆候が得られるまでに24時間を要した。

から成る溶液を一緒に撹拌し、10%水酸化ナトリウムでpHを2.0に補正した。
Claims (28)
- 亜鉛または亜鉛合金を含んで成る表面の腐蝕耐性を改善する方法において、該方法は
(a)チタンイオン、チタン酸塩およびこれらの混合物の供給源から成る群から選ばれる材料、
(b)過酸化水素、過硫酸塩、硝酸塩およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる酸化剤、および
(c)フッ化物、硼フッ化物、フッ化水素塩、フルオロ硼酸塩、フルオロ珪酸塩、およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる錯化剤
を含んで成る組成物と該表面とを接触させることを特徴とする方法。 - 酸化剤は過酸化水素であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該組成物はまた有機酸を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該組成物はまた塩化カルシウム、塩化ストロンチウム、塩化バリウムおよびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該表面を該組成物と接触させた後に、珪酸塩、ラッカーおよびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる二次的な皮膜で表面を被覆することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 該組成物はまた有機酸を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 該組成物はまた塩化カルシウム、塩化ストロンチウム、塩化バリウムおよびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 該表面を該組成物と接触させた後に、珪酸塩、ラッカーおよびこれらの組合せから成る群から選ばれる二次的な皮膜で表面を被覆することを特徴とする請求項2記載の方法。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 該組成物はまた塩化カルシウム、塩化ストロンチウム、塩化バリウムおよびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項7記載の方法。
- 亜鉛または亜鉛合金を含んで成る表面の腐蝕耐性を改善するための組成物において、該組成物は
(a)チタンイオン、チタン酸塩およびこれらの混合物の供給源から成る群から選ばれる材料、
(b)過酸化水素、過硫酸塩、硝酸塩およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる酸化剤;および
(c)フッ化物、硼フッ化物、フッ化水素塩、フルオロ硼酸塩、フルオロ珪酸塩、およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる錯化剤
を含んで成ることを特徴とする組成物。 - 酸化剤は過酸化水素であることを特徴とする請求項14記載の組成物。
- 該組成物はまた有機酸を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項14記載の組成物。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項14記載の組成物。
- 該組成物はまた塩化カルシウム、塩化ストロンチウム、塩化バリウムおよびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項14記載の組成物。
- 該組成物はまた有機酸を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項15記載の組成物。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項15記載の組成物。
- 該組成物はまた塩化カルシウム、塩化ストロンチウム、塩化バリウムおよびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項15記載の組成物。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項16記載の組成物。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項19記載の組成物。
- 該組成物はまた塩化カルシウム、塩化ストロンチウム、塩化バリウムおよびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項19記載の組成物。
- 亜鉛または亜鉛合金を含んで成る表面の腐蝕耐性を改善する方法において、該方法は
(a)チタンイオン、チタン酸塩およびこれらの混合物の供給源から成る群から選ばれる材料、
(b)過酸化水素、過硫酸塩、硝酸塩およびこれらの混合物から成る群から選ばれる酸化剤;および
(c)フッ化物、硼フッ化物、フッ化水素塩、フルオロ硼酸塩、フルオロ珪酸塩、有機酸およびこれらの組み合わせから成る群から選ばれる錯化剤
を含んで成る組成物と該表面とを接触させることを特徴とする方法。 - 酸化剤は過酸化水素であることを特徴とする請求項25記載の方法。
- 該組成物は珪酸塩および二酸化珪素を実質的に含んでいないことを特徴とする請求項25記載の方法。
- 該組成物はまた第II族の金属の化合物から成る群から選ばれる化合物を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項25記載の方法。
