Abstract
【解決手段】 他のフィルムとの複合体として用いられる、エンボスパターンを有するフィルムであって、エンボス加工により、規則的パターン中に段部により中断された少なくとも1本の分離線が画定され、前記段部の平均幅は2つの段部間の平均距離よりも小さいことを特徴とする、エンボスパターンを有するフィルムが得られた。

Claims (11)
- 他のフィルムとの複合体として用いられる、エンボスパターンを有するフィルムであって、エンボス加工により、規則的パターン中に段部により中断された少なくとも1本の分離線が画定され、前記段部の平均幅は2つの段部間の平均距離よりも小さいことを特徴とする、エンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- 各段部の幅は、該段部からこれに隣接する段部までの間隔よりも狭いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のエンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- エンボス加工により、フィルム上に少なくとも方向(y)に延在する相互に平行な複数の分離線が画定され、フィルムの中心であり、かつ前記分離線を直角に横断する反射面(x、z)を基準として得られたフィルムの鏡像において、各分離線の段部が鏡像を有さないフィルムの段部上に施されないことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のエンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- エンボス加工により、フィルム上に相互に直交する分離線が画定され、少なくとも方向(x)に延在する分離線が画定され、第一の方向に延在する分離線の段部が、フィルムの中心であり、かつ第一の方向に対して直角に横断する反射面(y、z)を基準として得られたフィルムの鏡像において、鏡像を有さないフィルムの段部上に施されないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のエンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- 平面に対し直角に設けられた回転軸(z)を中心に180°回転させることにより得られた形態の前記段部が、回転により得られないフィルムの段部上に施されないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のエンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- 電気化学又は電気めっき構成要素においてフィルム状で使用することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のエンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- カソードフィルム又はアノードフィルムとして用いることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のエンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- 位置決め孔としての開口を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のエンボスパターンを有するフィルム。
- 第一のフィルムの段部と第二のフィルムの段部が重なり合わないようにずらしてフィルム同士を重ねて配置することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のフィルムを2枚以上含むフィルム複合体。
- 2枚のフィルムがそれぞれエンボスパターンを有し、第二のフィルムを第一のフィルムに対してその平面軸(x、y)が180°回転するように配置されている請求項9に記載のフィルム複合体。
- 電気化学又は電気めっき構成要素を製造するために請求項9又は10に記載のフィルム複合体を使用する方法。
