Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物を加工した廃棄物燃料を燃焼させる廃棄物発電ボイラ1に塩素分を含む廃棄物燃料及び硫黄分を含む廃棄物燃料2,3を投入し、廃棄物燃料中の硫黄分により硫化物を形成して塩化物の濃度を下げて塩素分によるボイラ1の腐食を抑える。

Claims (7)
- 廃棄物を加工した廃棄物燃料を発電させる廃棄物発電ボイラに塩素分を含む廃棄物燃料及び硫黄分を含む廃棄物燃料を投入し、廃棄物燃料中の硫黄分により硫化物を形成して塩化物の濃度を下げて塩素分によるボイラの腐食を抑えることを特徴とする廃棄物発電ボイラの腐食抑制方法。
- 投入される廃棄物燃料中の硫黄分と塩素分の含有量はモル比において、塩素/硫黄で0.05〜5.0の比率で投入することを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物発電ボイラの腐食抑制方法。
- 塩素分を含む廃棄物燃料が廃プラスチック、バイオマス又は海洋性生物もしくはこれらの混合物であり、硫黄分を含む廃棄物燃料が廃タイヤであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の廃棄物発電ボイラの腐食抑制方法。
- 硫黄分を含む燃料として、石炭、又は重油を使用する、若しくは廃タイヤと併用することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物発電ボイラの腐食抑制方法。
- 廃棄物燃料の割合が少なくとも60熱量%を超えることを特徴とする請求項4記載の廃棄物発電ボイラの腐食抑制方法。
- 廃棄物燃料として廃プラスチック、廃タイヤ、木質系バイオマスを燃焼させることを特徴とする請求項5記載の廃棄物発電ボイラの腐食抑制方法。
- 廃棄物発電ボイラの排ガス中の塩化水素濃度、石灰石投入量、消石灰吹き込み量、燃料中硫黄含有推定量から燃料中の塩素濃度を演算し、想定した塩素/硫黄比率、塩素含有割合を維持若しくは管理することを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の廃棄物燃料発電ボイラの腐食抑制方法。
