Abstract
【解決手段】 長手方向に沿って転動体転走溝12−1〜4が形成された軌道レール11と、多数の転動体を介して該軌道レールに相対移動自在に組み付けられた移動ブロック20とを備えた案内装置において、両側蓋22の相対移動方向外側に先端が軌道レール11の表面に接触するブラシ部材36を具備し、該ブラシ部材36で該軌道レール11表面に付着した異物を除去する端面防塵ブラシ25を取付けた。

Claims (6)
- 長手方向に沿って転動体転走面が形成された軌道レールと、多数の転動体を介して該軌道レールに相対移動自在に組み付けられた移動ブロックとを備え、該移動ブロックは、前記転動体転走面と共に、負荷転動体転走路を形成する負荷転動体転走面と、該負荷転動体転走面に対応する転動体逃げ孔が形成された移動ブロック本体と、該移動ブロック本体の前記相対移動方向の両端に取り付けられた側蓋とを備えた構成の案内装置において、
前記両側蓋の前記相対移動方向外側に先端が前記軌道レールの表面に接触するブラシ部材を具備し、該ブラシ部材で該軌道レール表面に付着した異物を除去する端面防塵ブラシを取付けたことを特徴とする案内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の案内装置において、
前記端面防塵ブラシはケーシングと複数の前記ブラシ部材を具備し、該ケーシング内に該複数のブラシ部材を前記相対移動方向に所定の間隔を設けて配置したことを特徴とする案内装置。 - 請求項2に記載の案内装置において、
前記端面防塵ブラシの複数のブラシ部材のうち、前記相対移動方向外側に配置したブラシ部材は線径が太く、且つ硬度が高いブラシ線材を密度が疎に配置された構成であり、内側に配置されたブラシ部材は該外側ブラシ線材に比較し線径が細く、且つ硬度が低い線材を密度が密に配置された構成であることを特徴とする案内装置。 - 請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の案内装置において、
前記端面防塵ブラシの各ブラシ部材は前記軌道レールの断面形状に適応し、その先端が確実に該軌道レールの表面に当接できるように複数のブラシ分割体から構成されていることを特徴とする案内装置。 - 請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の案内装置において、
前記端面防塵ブラシと前記側蓋の間には他のシール部材等の付属部材が配置されていることを特徴とする案内装置。 - 請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の案内装置において、
前記移動ブロック本体に、先端が前記軌道レールの長手方向側面に接触し、該軌道レール側面と前記移動ブロックの長手方向内側面の間の隙間を閉塞する側面防塵ブラシを設けたことを特徴とする案内装置。
