Abstract
【解決手段】上側折板1と下側折板2の間に機能シート3が挟み込まれ、上側折板1と下側折板2の周縁部が封止され、少なくとも上側折板1が透光性材料で形成された機能シート入り折板屋根材Rとする。双方の折板1,2で機能シート3を被覆保護し、劣化を抑制して長期間に亘り種々の機能を発揮させる。双方の折板1,2の間に機能シート3を挟み込み折板1,2の周縁部をシールテープ4等で封止するだけで簡単に製造でき、従来の金属製の折板屋根材と同様に容易に取扱えるので施工性も良い。屋根構造は、屋根の母屋材に固定したタイトフレームに機能シート入り折板屋根材Rと金属製の折板屋根材を取付けた構造とする。

Claims (7)
- 上側折板と下側折板の間に機能シートが挟み込まれ、上側折板と下側折板の周縁部が封止されると共に、少なくとも上側折板が透光性材料で形成されていることを特徴とする機能シート入り折板屋根材。
- 上側折板と下側折板が透光性の合成樹脂で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機能シート入り折板屋根材。
- 上側折板が、底板部と、この底板部の両側端から外側斜め上方に立ち上がる左右の傾斜側板部と、これらの傾斜側板部の上端に形成された耳部とからなるものであり、下側折板が、上側折板の上記底板部と重なる底板部と、この底板部の両側端から外側斜め上方に立ち上がって上側折板の上記傾斜側板部と重なる左右の傾斜側板部と、これらの傾斜側板部の上端に形成されて上側折板の上記耳部を受ける耳受部とからなるものであって、上側折板の底板部と下側折板の底板部との間に機能シートが挟み込まれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の機能シート入り折板屋根材。
- 機能シートが太陽電池シートであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の機能シート入り折板屋根材。
- 機能シートが調光シート、蓄光シート、発光シートのいずれかであることを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の機能シート入り折板屋根材。
- 屋根の母屋材に固定されたタイトフレームに、上記請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれかに記載された機能シート入り折板屋根材と金属製の折板屋根材が取付けられていることを特徴とする屋根構造。
- 機能シート入り折板屋根材の上側に吹上げ防止材が配置されて固定されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の屋根構造。
