Claims (16)
- 自動車の閉鎖部品(1)を電動移動させるための駆動システムであって、
駆動モータ(3)を有する少なくとも1つの駆動装置(2)と、駆動装置制御部(5)とが設けられており、
前記閉鎖部品(1)は電動移動モードでは、前記駆動モータ(3)によって閉位置と開位置との間で開方向および閉方向に駆動され、
前記駆動装置(2)は自己制動式に構成されておらず、
前記駆動装置(2)は、該駆動装置(2)の駆動運動を検出するためのセンサ、とりわけホールセンサを備えている駆動システムにおいて、
前記駆動装置制御部(5)は前記センサのセンサ信号を監視して、エラー状態が発生しているか否かを監視し、エラー状態を検出した場合には緊急制動動作および/または緊急停止動作を開始し、
前記駆動装置(2)は2つであり、各駆動装置(2)がそれぞれ、各駆動装置の駆動運動を検出するためのセンサを備えており、
前記駆動装置制御部(5)は、不具合に起因する前記閉鎖部品(1)の閉鎖を検出するために、両駆動装置(2)のセンサのセンサ信号を相互に相関付け、とりわけ相互に比較する
ことを特徴とする、駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置制御部(5)は前記センサ信号を監視して、不具合に起因する前記閉鎖部品(1)の閉鎖を監視し、とりわけ前記駆動装置の構成要素等の破損に起因する該閉鎖部品(1)の閉鎖を監視し、
有利には前記駆動装置制御部(5)は、不具合に起因する前記閉鎖部品(1)の閉鎖を検出するために、前記センサ信号の急激な信号偏差が発生したか否かを監視する、請求項1記載の駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置(2)は2つであり、各駆動装置(2)がそれぞれ、各駆動装置の駆動運動を検出するためのセンサを備えており、
当該駆動システムは、不具合に起因する前記閉鎖部品(1)の閉鎖運動に追従する駆動装置(2)に対してのみ緊急制動動作および/または緊急停止動作を開始する、請求項1または2記載の駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置制御部(5)は、不具合に起因する前記閉鎖部品(1)の閉鎖を検出するために、両駆動装置(2)の駆動速度の差または駆動距離の差が所定の限界差を超えたか否かを監視する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。
- 前記駆動装置制御部(5)は前記センサ信号を監視して、とりわけ前記駆動装置(2)のプリロードに起因して開方向に急激な駆動運動が発生するエラー状態を監視する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。
- 前記駆動装置(2)は2つであり、各駆動装置(2)がそれぞれ、各駆動装置の駆動運動を検出するためのセンサを備えており、
当該駆動システムは、開方向に急激な駆動運動が検出されなかった駆動装置(2)に対してのみ緊急制動動作および/または緊急停止動作を開始する、請求項5記載の駆動システム。 - 当該駆動システムは駆動制御可能な制動システムを有し、
前記駆動装置制御部(5)は緊急制動動作および/または緊急停止動作を開始するために、前記制動システムを適切に駆動制御する、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置制御部(5)は緊急制動動作および/または緊急停止動作を開始するために、前記駆動モータ(3)が前記閉鎖部品(1)の移動の制動作用を生じさせるように、該駆動モータ(3)を駆動制御する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。
- 前記駆動装置制御部(5)は、前記閉鎖部品(1)の電動移動を制御するための制御回路(7)を有し、
前記制御回路(7)は電動移動モードでは、制御偏差に基づいて調整量(9)を生成し、前記駆動モータ(3)は該調整量(9)に依存して調整されながら駆動動作または制動動作を行う、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置制御部(5)は緊急制動動作および/または緊急停止動作を行うための制動作用を発生させるために、前記駆動モータ(3)を短絡回路(18)に接続し、
有利には、前記駆動装置制御部(5)は前記制動作用を発生させるために、前記駆動モータ(3)を短絡回路(18)にパルス状に接続し、
有利には、前記駆動モータ(3)と前記短絡回路(18)とのパルス状の接続はパルス幅変調で行われる、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。 - 前記短絡回路(18)は、理想的な短絡ブリッジの形態で構成されているか、または、
前記短絡回路(18)は抵抗ブリッジの形態で構成されており、有利には、該抵抗ブリッジの抵抗値が前記駆動装置制御部(5)によって調整されることにより該短絡回路(18)の作用が前記駆動装置制御部(5)によって調整される、請求項10記載の駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置制御部(5)は前記制動作用を発生させるために、それぞれの移動運動に抗する逆電圧および/または逆電流を前記駆動モータ(3)に与え、
有利には、前記駆動装置制御部(5)は前記制動作用を発生させるために、前記駆動モータ(3)にパルス状の逆電圧および/またはパルス状の逆電流を与え、
さらに有利には、前記逆電圧および/または前記逆電流はパルス幅信号の形態でパルス波形にされる、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。 - 前記駆動装置(2)は、前記駆動モータ(3)に後置接続されたスピンドル‐スピンドルナット伝動装置(19)を有し、
有利には、前記駆動モータ(3)と前記スピンドル‐スピンドルナット伝動装置(19)との間に中間伝動装置(20)が接続されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。 - 前記駆動モータ(3)は直流モータである、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。
- 前記閉鎖部品(1)は自動車の上下開閉式ドアであり、有利には上下開閉式のテールゲートまたはテールドアである、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。
- 可動の閉鎖部品(1)と、該閉鎖部品(1)を電動移動させるための駆動システムとを含む、自動車用の閉鎖エレメントシステムであって、
当該閉鎖エレメントシステムはとりわけテールゲートシステムであり、
前記駆動システムは、駆動モータ(3)を有する少なくとも1つの駆動装置(2)と、駆動装置制御部(5)とを有し、
前記閉鎖部品(1)は電動移動モードでは、前記駆動モータ(3)によって、閉位置と開位置との間で閉方向および開方向に駆動されるように設けられており、
前記駆動装置(2)は自己制動式に構成されておらず、
前記閉鎖部品(1)の質量は閉方向に作用し、
