Claims (22)
- 磁性粒子を液体から除去する装置であって、
磁性粒子を含んでいる液体を保持する少なくとも1つの容器と、
前記少なくとも1つの容器の中に置かれるための少なくとも1つの磁石と
を備えており、
前記液体が前記少なくとも1つの磁石と接触すると、前記磁性粒子が前記少なくとも1つの磁石の方に引き付けられて該磁石に結合し、その結果、前記液体が前記少なくとも1つの磁石から分離されたとき、前記磁性粒子が前記液体から除去される、装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの磁石は、少なくとも1つの磁性柱である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの軸をさらに備えており、前記少なくとも1つの磁性柱が、前記軸を中心として動くように支えられている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁性柱が中空であり、内部の磁石を含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記内部の磁石が、永久磁石、電磁石、およびこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記内部の磁石が、前記少なくとも1つの磁性柱から取出し可能である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁性柱がさらに非磁性スペーサを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁性柱が取外し可能なカバーを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁性柱が複数の磁性柱である、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の磁性柱のうちの少なくとも2つの磁性柱が異なる寸法を有する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の磁性柱が、少なくとも1つのアレイの形で前記軸に支えられている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つのアレイが、前記軸に支えられた複数のアレイである、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記液体が、血液、血液製剤、骨髄、CSF、細胞培養液、食品、ミルク、飲料、油、潤滑剤、緩衝剤、溶剤であって水、エタノール、ホルムアミド、フェノール、クロロホルムからなる群から選択された溶剤、試薬、ならびにこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記磁性粒子が細胞、バクテリア、藻類、ウイルス、タンパク質、核酸、または汚染物質に結合される、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、流入導管および流出導管を含むチャンバを備えており、
前記磁石は、前記チャンバ内で前記流入導管と前記流出導管の間に支えられており、
前記液体が前記流入導管から前記流出導管へと流れるときに、前記磁石が前記液体中の前記磁性粒子を引き付け結合する、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記チャンバ内で前記磁石を支えるための複数の保持部分をさらに含む、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記磁石が保護コーティングを有する、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 互いに係合して前記チャンバを形成する2つの部分を備え、前記2つの部分のうちの一方の部分が前記流入導管を含み、他方の部分が前記流出導管および前記磁石を含む、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記磁石が前記チャンバから取外し可能である、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記磁石が前記チャンバの壁に取り付けられている、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記液体が通って流れる開口を前記磁石が備えている、請求項15に記載の装置。
- 前記流入導管および前記流出導管が、患者の静脈または動脈に直接または間接的に連結されるように構成されている、請求項15に記載の装置。
