Abstract
Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る超音波探触子1を使用した超音波診断装置13の外観斜視図である。
図2は、超音波探触子1の全体構造の一例を示す断面図である。この超音波探触子1は、超音波診断に用いられる探触子であり、その一部を被検者の体腔内に挿入し、当該体腔内において超音波を走査可能な体腔内挿入型探触子である。
図3は、図2の先端格納部7を拡大した断面図である。先端格納部7は、超音波探触子1の筐体の一部をなすウインドウ9と保持部材であるフレーム10とが接合されて構成されており、圧電素子ユニット3と、それを保持し揺動させるための揺動機構部2と、超音波信号を伝達するための音響媒体液6が充填されている音響媒体液収容空間部15を備えている。
前述したように、音響媒体液6は、超音波を送受信する経路に介在しているため、その音響的特性が重要である。
Kは以下の1)〜3)より選ばれる連結基である。
1) 単結合
2) −O−、−SO2−、−O−(C=O)−O−、−(C=O)−、−RL−O−、−O−RL−、−O−C(=O)−RL−、−C(=O)−O−RL−(RLは、アルキレン基、アルケニレン基またはアルキニレン基、シクロアルキレン基を示す)、−(C=S)−、−(C=O)−O−、−NRM−、−S−、−(C=O)−NRM−および−NRM−(C=O)−(RMは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す)からなる群より選ばれる2価基。好ましくは酸素原子である。
3) 炭素数1〜12(好ましくは1〜4、特に好ましくは1)の2価〜4価(好ましくは2価)の飽和炭化水素基又はその置換体。R1、R2は炭素数1〜30(好ましくは4〜25)のアルキル基又はその置換体であり、エーテル結合を含んでも良い。R1、R2、K、Arbは各々複数の構造をとりうる。
Claims (15)
- 超音波を送受信する圧電素子と、
前記圧電素子を収納する筐体と、
前記圧電素子と前記筐体との間の空間を充填し、芳香族化合物又はその置換体を含む音響媒体液と、
を備える超音波探触子。 - 前記音響媒体液は、下記一般式(1)で表される芳香族化合物又はその置換体を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
[ただし、Ara、Arbは芳香環である。n1は0〜4の整数、n2は0〜3の整数、n3は1〜3の整数、n4は0、1、2である。なお、n4=0の時はn1≠0であり、n4≠0の時は(n1+n2)≠0である。Kは以下の1)〜3)より選ばれる連結基である。
1) 単結合
2) −O−、−SO2−、−O−(C=O)−O−、−(C=O)−、−RL−O−、−O−RL−、−O−C(=O)−RL−、−C(=O)−O−RL−(RLは、アルキレン基、アルケニレン基またはアルキニレン基、シクロアルキレン基を示す)、−(C=S)−、−(C=O)−O−、−NRM−、−S−、−(C=O)−NRM−および−NRM−(C=O)−(RMは、水素原子またはアルキル基を表す)からなる群より選ばれる2価基。
3) 炭素数1〜12の2価〜4価の飽和炭化水素基又はその置換体。
R1、R2は炭素数1〜30のアルキル基又はその置換体である。] - 前記音響媒体液は、40℃において粘度が22mm2/s以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記音響媒体液は、ベンジルトルエンであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記音響媒体液は、1−フェニル−1−キシリルエタン、1−フェニル−1−エチルフェニルエタン、又はそれらの混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記圧電素子を機械的に揺動又は回転させる揺動機構部又は回転機構部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記揺動機構部又は回転機構部は、自身の運動に連動して前記圧電素子を揺動又は回転させる伝達機構と、前記伝達機構の運動を駆動するモータとからなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記音響媒体液に接触する部品は、シリコンゴム、フロロシリコンゴム又はフッ素系ゴムからなることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記筐体の一部をなすウインドウと、保持部材であるフレームとにより密閉され、前記圧電素子及び前記音響媒体液を収容する音響媒体液収容空間部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- シリコンゴム、フロロシリコンゴム又はフッ素系ゴムからなり、前記ウインドウと前記フレームの間に配置され、前記音響媒体液収容空間部を液密に封止する封止部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の超音波探触子。
- エポキシ接着剤、シリコン接着剤又はフロロシリコン接着剤により前記ウインドウと前記フレームが接着され、前記音響媒体液収容空間部が液密に封止されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の超音波探触子。
- フッ素系ゴムからなり、前記音響媒体液収容空間部と接続しており、前記音響媒体液が流出入することで前記音響媒体液の膨張収縮を吸収するリザーバを備えることを特徴とする請求項9から11のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記筐体の前記音響媒体液と接する面にコーティングが施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記コーティングはフッ素コーティング、ポリパラキシリレンコーティング又は無機膜コーティングであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の超音波探触子。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の超音波探触子を備える超音波診断装置。
