Abstract
Description
・第一のボア遷移'IT'はドリルされていない骨とボア直径'd1'を有するボア部の間のボアの最も遠い端に位置している。前記ボア直径'd1'は第一のドリル直径'D1'に対応している。
・第二のボア遷移'T2'はボア直径'd1'とボア直径'd2'の間に位置している。前記ボア直径'd2'は第二のドリル直径'D2'に対応している。
・第三のボア遷移'T3'はボア直径'd2'とボア直径'd3'の間に位置している。前記ボア直径'd3'は第三のドリル直径'D3'に対応している。

Claims (10)
- 目標となる骨に固定するための骨用ねじアセンブリ(20; 65; 70; 100)において、
a)第一の巻き方および第一のリード長さを有する第一の雄ねじ(23; 104)が形成されるねじ付き第一端部(24)と、第二端部とを含み、細長い胴体(22)を有する第一の骨用ねじ部材(21; 103)と、
b)第二の巻き方および第二のリード長さを有する第二の雄ねじ(44, 46; 81; 106)が少なくとも一つ形成される第二の骨用ねじ部材(40; 80; 105)と
を具備し、
前記第一の骨用ねじ部材(21)は、前記細長い胴体(22)の内部に設けられるボア(26)または中央チャネル(27)の中に位置し、第二の巻き方および第二のリード長さを有する雌ねじ特徴(28; 73)をさらに含み、
前記第二の巻き方は前記第一の巻き方と反対であって、および/または前記第一のリード長さは前記第二のリード長さと異なることと、
前記第二の骨用ねじ部材(40; 80; 105)は少なくとも前記ボア(26)の内部に配置されており、前記第二の雄ねじ(44, 46; 81; 106)は前記雌ねじ特徴(28; 73)に係合していることと
を特徴とし、
前記第二の骨用ねじ部材(40; 80; 105)が少なくとも前記ボア(26)の内部に完全に配置されている第一の植込み構造から、第二の骨用ねじ部材(40; 80; 105)が少なくとも部分的に前記ボア(26)から突出している第二の植込み構造に、第二の骨用ねじ部材(40; 80; 105)が移動しうる、骨用ねじアセンブリ。 - 前記ねじ付き第一端部(24)は前記細長い胴体(22)の第二端部に向かって遷移部(25)まで伸びている第一の長さ(L1)を有し、
前記ボア(26)は前記第一端部(24)内に位置し
前記中央チャネル(27)は前記細長い胴体(22)の残りの部分の内部に前記遷移部(25)から前記第二端部に伸びて、遷移部(25)において前記ボア(26)は前記中央チャネル(27)と流体連通し、前記雌ねじ特徴(28)は前記中央チャネル(27)の中に配置されて遷移部(25)から前記第二端部に向かって伸びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ(20; 65; 100)。 - 前記ボア(26)は前記中央チャネル(27)より大きい直径を有し、
前記第二の骨用ねじ部材(40; 105)はねじ付き頭部(44)とねじ付き尾部(43)を含み、前記ねじ付き頭部(44)の直径は、前記ねじ付き尾部(43)の直径より大きく、前記ねじ付き頭部(44)の直径は、前記ボア(26)の直径より小さいが前記中央チャネル(27)の直径より大きく、前記第二の雄ねじ(44, 46; 106)は前記ねじ付き尾部(43)上に位置することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ(20; 65; 100)。 - 前記ねじ付き頭部(44)は、第二の雄ねじ(46; 106)と同一の巻き方とリード長さを有するねじを有することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ(20; 65; 100)。
- 前記第一の巻き方は前記第二の巻き方と反対であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ。
- 前記第一の雄ねじ(23; 104)のリード長さは少なくとも前記第二の雄ねじ(44, 46; 106)のリード長さの二倍であり、または、前記第二の雄ねじ(44, 46; 106)のリード長さは少なくとも前記第一の雄ねじ(23; 104)のリード長さの二倍であることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ(20; 65; 100)。
- 前記骨用ねじアセンブリ(100)は、第二の巻き方または第二のリード長さを有する、少なくとも一つの第三のねじ(108)を備える第三の骨用ねじ部材(107)をさらに含み、前記雌ねじ特徴(28)は前記中央チャネル(27)の内部に位置して上に向かって前記第二端部に伸びることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ(100)。
- 前記雌ねじ特徴(73)は前記ボア(26)内に位置する、請求項1に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ(65)。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の骨用ねじアセンブリ(20; 65; 70; 100)と、実質的に平らな第一の板部(11)を含む骨プレート(10)とからなる骨固定アセンブリにおいて、
管状突出部(14)は特定の角度で前記板部(11)から伸びて、前記管状突出部(14)は摺動して骨用ねじアセンブリ(20; 65; 70; 100)を収容するように構成されていることを特徴とする骨固定アセンブリ(1)。 - 前記管状突出部(14)はその内周に少なくとも一つの回転防止手段(15a, 15b)を備え、前記第一の骨用ねじ部材(21; 103)は相補的な回転防止手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の骨固定アセンブリ(1)。
