Abstract
Description
1.外囲体(エンベロープ)、該外囲体内に配置されるステム及び該ステムの下部に配置されると共に上記外囲体に接続される口金を有する照明装置であって、機械式固定手段を介して上記ステムに接続される発光ユニットを更に有することを特徴とする照明装置。
2.前記発光ユニット(発光手段)が少なくとも1つの固体光源を備えた少なくとも1つの担体を有することを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
3.前記発光ユニットが少なくとも1つの固体光源を備えた複数の担体を有することを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
4.前記機械式固定手段が前記ステムに機械的に結合されることを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
5.前記機械式固定手段が深絞りされた部品又は折り曲げられた金属シートであることを特徴とする第4項による照明装置。
6.前記ステムがガラスから形成されることを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
7.前記機械式固定手段の固定のために前記ステムに窪み、リム、隆起又は外開き部が更に設けられることを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
8.前記外囲体がガラスから形成されることを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
9.前記外囲体が少なくとも部分的に透明又は半透明であることを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
10.当該照明装置がドライバユニットを更に有することを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
11.前記ドライバユニットが該ドライバユニットを外部電源に接続するために前記口金に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする第10項による照明装置。
12.前記外囲体がヘリウム/酸素混合物により充填されることを特徴とする第1項による照明装置。
13.照明装置を製造する方法であって、
− LEDを担体上に取り付けるステップと、
− 1以上の担体を機械式固定手段上に配置するステップと、
− 前記機械式固定手段をステムに接続するステップと、
− 前記LEDを備える前記担体のサブアセンブリ、前記機械式固定手段及び前記ステムを前記外囲体内に挿入するステップと、
− 前記ステムを前記外囲体に接続するステップと、
− 前記外囲体内にヘリウム/酸素混合物を生成させるステップと、
− 前記外囲体を閉じるステップと、
− 口金を取り付けるステップと、
を有する方法。
Claims (15)
- 外囲体と、
発光ユニットと、
前記外囲体内に前記発光ユニットを支持するステムと、
前記発光ユニットを前記ステムに固定する機械式固定部と、
を有する照明装置であって、
前記発光ユニットは前記ステムを少なくとも部分的に囲み、これにより煙突状構造を形成し、
前記機械式固定部は少なくとも1つの突起を有する一方、前記発光ユニットは、前記少なくとも1つの突起と組み合って該発光ユニットを前記機械式固定部に固定する少なくとも1つの孔を有する、
照明装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの孔が貫通孔を有する、請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 前記機械式固定部が前記ステムの長軸の周りに配置された複数の突起を有する、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光ユニットが前記機械式固定部を少なくとも部分的に囲む、請求項1ないし3の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記発光ユニットが1以上の担体及び該1以上の担体に配置された1以上の固体光源を有する、請求項1ないし4の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの孔が前記担体に配置される、請求項5に記載の照明装置。
- 前記機械式固定部が金属シートを有する、請求項1ないし6の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記金属シートが、前記機械式固定部を前記ステムに固定する少なくとも1つの幾何学構造を画定するように折り曲げられ及び/又は深絞りされる、請求項7に記載の照明装置。
- 前記金属シートのエッジが前記少なくとも1つの突起を画定するように成形される、請求項7又は請求項8に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ステムが、該ステムに前記機械式固定部を固定するために該機械式固定部の幾何学構造と組み合う幾何学構造を有する、請求項1ないし9の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ステムが透光性である、請求項1ないし10の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記ステムがガラスを有する、請求項1ないし11の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記外囲体に接続されると共に前記ステムを該外囲体内で支持する口金を更に有する、請求項1ないし12の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起が、前記発光ユニットを前記機械式固定部にロックするように成形される、請求項1ないし13の何れか一項に記載の照明装置。
- 照明装置を製造する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの突起を有する機械式固定部をステム上に配置するステップと、
前記ステムを少なくとも部分的に囲むように発光ユニットを配置することにより、煙突状構造を形成するステップと、
少なくとも1つの孔を有する前記発光ユニットを前記機械式固定部上に前記少なくとも1つの孔が前記少なくとも1つの突起と組み合うように配置し、これにより前記発光ユニットを前記機械式固定部に固定するステップと、
前記ステムを少なくとも部分的に外囲体内に、前記発光ユニットが該外囲体内で前記ステムにより支持されるように配置するステップと、
を有する、方法。
