Claims (20)
- 結合液を収容するように構成された貯液槽と、
所定の周波数で駆動され、この駆動が前記結合液へ伝播するように構成されたトランスデューサと、
位相変調すべき駆動信号を前記トランスデューサへ供給するように構成された信号発生ユニットと、
を備えた音波混合装置。 - 搬送部から前記貯液槽へ入れられる反応容器をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記貯液槽が環状凹部を含む、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記信号発生ユニットは、ほぼ前記トランスデューサの共振周波数で駆動されるように構成される、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記信号発生ユニットは、1つ以上の発振器を含む、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記信号発生ユニットは、第1の位相角と第2の位相角との間で前記位相変調すべき駆動信号の位相を変調し、前記第2の位相角は前記第1の位相角とは異なる、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記信号発生ユニットは、約200KHzと約4MHzとの間で動作可能な発振器を含む、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記信号発生ユニットは、約0度と約180度との間で前記位相変調すべき駆動信号の位相を調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記信号発生ユニットは、変調信号を発生するように構成された波形発生器を有する位相変調回路を含む、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記位相変調回路は、アナログマルチプレクサを含む、請求項9に記載の音波混合装置。
- 前記信号発生ユニットは、ローパスフィルタを含む、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 混合する成分が患者検体と試薬である、請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 分析装置に組み込まれた請求項1に記載の音波混合装置。
- 成分を混合する方法であって、
混合する成分を入れた反応容器を準備し、
トランスデューサに駆動信号を供給して設定周波数の振動を生成することによって前記反応容器内に定常波を生成し、
前記駆動信号を位相変調して前記定常波を変動させ、前記成分の混合を促進する、ことを含む方法。 - 結合液を収容した貯液槽に、搬送部から前記反応容器を入れることを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記駆動信号が約200KHzと約4MHzとの間である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記位相変調は、第1の位相角と第2の位相角との間で変調することを含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の位相角と第2の位相角との間の変調は、約1Hz〜約50Hzの変調周波数で繰り返し行われる、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記混合する成分が患者検体と試薬である、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 結合液を収容するように構成された環状貯液槽と、
所定の周波数で駆動され、この駆動が前記結合液に伝播するように構成されたトランスデューサと、
混合する成分の入った反応容器を前記結合液に入れるように構成された搬送部と、
位相変調すべき駆動信号を前記トランスデューサへ供給し、変動する定常波を前記反応容器の少なくとも1つにおいて前記混合する成分に生成するように構成された信号発生ユニットと、
を備えた分析装置。
