Claims (9)
- エチルメタクリレート及びプロピルメタクリレートからなる群から選択される1つ以上のモノマーの総量50重量%〜100重量%と、他の共重合性モノマー0〜50重量%と、の重合によって得られるコポリマーを含む、発泡体成形のための加工助剤であって、前記コポリマーが、以下の特性、(a)ASTM D2857に準拠して、クロロホルム中1mg/mL、25℃で測定した、8dL/gを超える還元粘度、及び(b)77℃以下のTgを有する、加工助剤。
- 前記コポリマーが、いずれの他の共重合性モノマーの非存在下でも、プロピルメタクリレート50〜100重量%、及びメチルメタクリルレート0〜50重量%の重合によって得られる、請求項1に記載の加工助剤。
- 前記コポリマーが、いずれの他の共重合性モノマーの非存在下でも、エチルメタクリレート80〜100重量%、及びメチルメタクリルレート0〜20重量%の重合によって得られる、請求項1に記載の加工助剤。
- 請求項1に記載の発泡体成形用途に関して、塩化ビニル樹脂100重量部、及び加工助剤1〜25重量部を含む、塩化ビニル樹脂系発泡体成形組成物。
- 前記組成物が、130%以上の発泡倍率を示す、請求項4に記載の塩化ビニル樹脂系発泡体成形組成物。
- 前記組成物が、135%以上の発泡倍率を示す、請求項4に記載の塩化ビニル樹脂系発泡体成形組成物。
- 請求項4に記載の塩化ビニル樹脂系発泡体成形組成物から形成される発泡体成形製品。
- 製品が、発泡構造部材である、請求項7に記載の発泡体成形製品。
- 請求項4に記載の塩化ビニル樹脂系発泡成形組成物を押出成形することを含む、塩化ビニル樹脂を発泡成形するプロセス。
